To join your experience, you’ll need to present a digital ticket using the TopViewTix app. Follow these simple steps:

2. Add Your Ticket (Required for Boarding)

You can add your ticket to the app in one of the following ways:

From your Email Confirmation:

Open your Viator confirmation email and locate the Tour Operator Confirmation Number. Enter this number into the TopView app.

From the Viator App:

Tap “View Voucher”, download the PDF, and find the Tour Operator Confirmation Number on your ticket. Enter that number into the app.
