You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:

1. Download the Big Bus app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking.

2. Present your printed or mobile ticket with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours. We recommend beginning your tour and activating your ticket with a Big Bus representative at the BIG BUS & DUCK counter located at Suntec City Mall (3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983).

If you are coming by train, please alight at Promenade Station (CC4 / DT15) & take Exit C.

If you are coming by taxi/PHV, please set your drop off location to Suntec City Tower 1 & 2.

  • Night Tour is fully live-guided and includes time at Lau Pa Sat Market and the light show at Gardens by the Bay. Tour duration is approx. 3 hours

  • Download the Big Bus Tours app to access and activate your ticket, track buses in real time, and board easily using your mobile ticket.

  • Cityscape Tour (45 mins) departs from the Big Bus & DUCK Counter at Suntec City Tourist Hub at 15:00, 16:15, 17:30, and 19:00. Please check in 30 minutes before departure.
