Gastronomy is one of the highlights of our culture, of our way of life. Going for pintxos is something that the people of San Sebastián do and that we like to offer to the visitor and to those who inhabit the city.
Good food in our city can be generalized, but of course there are different categories of bars and restaurants, tapas and ways to live the experience. So we will visit the best selection of 4 bars with the best pintxos and pairing for the day that we share the experience of going for pintxos together in San Sebastián.
There are prizes for the best pintxos, but the greatest competition is that which is generated by word of mouth in the streets. We like to know what new pintxos our bars offer and what is the best bite to taste fish, meat, vegetables or any new combination at any time.
You will learn the history of the pintxos, how is the real experience of going for pintxos and the secrets of the preparation of the pintxos that we will eat.
