Then, guided by Enza and her family, you’ll learn to make traditional orecchiette and maccheroncini from scratch, using time-honored recipes passed down through generations. Dinner follows with local wine and typical dishes from Puglia, served in a warm, family atmosphere, on the veranda in summer or by the fire in winter. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available. Families and children are welcome. The experience ends with our homemade limoncello and the feeling of being part of a true Italian family.
