Unlike a zoo, this wildlife rescue and education center provides a spacious, naturalized habitat where the bears can roam, play, and interact much as they would in the wild.
From elevated viewing platforms, you’ll get unobstructed, photographer-friendly views of these incredible animals while knowledgeable staff share their rescue stories, behaviors, and conservation efforts.

This renowned wildlife rescue and rehabilitation center provides a rare opportunity to see these powerful birds and learn about the incredible work being done to rehabilitate and release injured raptors back into the wild.

This is our usual afternoon pick-up and drop-off point in downtown Sitka.
A complimentary shuttle runs between this point and the Sitka Sound Cruise Ship Terminal (15-minutes).
