2. Read the Activation Guide and enter your booking reference (looks like VIA-12345678 - you can find this on your ticket).
3. Get your private unlock code and follow the EXACT INSTRUCTIONS to install the Leplace World app (via Play Store, TestFlight, or web).
Before you go:
- Complete the activation as early as possible (ideally a few hours or a day before your arrival) so we can help in due time if needed.
- Check the weather before starting your tour.
- You can play anytime after booking.
- Head to the starting point and enjoy your adventure!
Note: It may take up to 2 hours for your ticket to be registered in our system (usually much faster). If you can't activate your tour right away, try again later with your booking reference. If you still have issues, please contact us via LP Connect Support.
