At Lebuh Penang & Lebuh China, Ren is the white colonial style inn on the corner. You will meet your host *outside of* the Bistro on the ground floor, as the hotel & bistro are closed to the public at this time.

- Kindly arrive at the location at least 5 minutes before the hop begins. If you are delayed, kindly let us know via our contact number so we can hold the hop for you. The host will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before considering you a no-show. If you're marked as no-show you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you are delayed beyond a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the host, and inform us of this situation then we will try to schedule another hop for you on a best-effort basis. If you do not inform us, then you will be considered a no-show.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your hop is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Please obey all local and international laws, guidelines and standard operating procedures while on the hop. If your hop is canceled as a result of illegal, disruptive or unethical behaviour on your part, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you randomly break into song, the host may or may not join you, depending on the song.
