  2. Cathedral of St. Philip The Apostle

    Here we will begin our walk together through the old town of Puerto Plata. We will explore the main square, the cathedral of the city's patron saint, St. Philip, the city hall and the prettiest streets in the area - Umbrella Street and Pink Street. At the end of the tour there will be free time for individual exploration.

    Paseo de la Dona Blanca is commonly referred to as Pink Street because of its intense color. The place commemorates the oldest hotel in Puerto Plata, founded in the 19th century by an Italian woman named Dona Bianca.
