Intimate Asado & Wine Pairing – Hidden House in Recoleta

Hidden behind an unassuming door in Recoleta, KÜTRAL is not a restaurant. It is a private evening inside a historic Buenos Aires house, built around one of Argentina's oldest traditions: gathering around the fire. Over 2.5 to 3 hours, a small group of up to 14 guests discovers the ritual of the Argentine asado through five courses, each guided by a local host and paired with a carefully selected Argentine wine. From the first vermouth on the terrace to the final toast with a Brut Nature sparkling wine, every moment is intentional.
