• Guests must wear footwear. Barefoot guests will not be permitted

• Loitering on the SkyPark Observation Deck is not permitted

• The following items cannot be brought to the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck, Luggage, professional photographic equipment and professional video-recording equipment (such as tripods, lights and reflectors)

• Things not to bring, Glass bottles and aluminum cans

• Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is subject to inclement weather. If rain or lightning is present, then the SkyPark Observation Deck may be closed. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made in cases of inclement weather.
