    As we arrive in Dürnstein, the "Pearl of the Wachau," you’ll understand why poets and painters love this place.

    The Walk: We stroll through the cobbled streets, filled with the scent of apricots and the charm of old houses.

    The Legend: Looking up at the ruins, your guide will share the romantic and dramatic story of Richard the Lionheart. It’s a perfect spot for memorable photos.

  5. Melk Abbey

    The grand finale is Stift Melk. Standing on its terrace overlooking the valley is an unforgettable experience. At Melk we explore the abbey courtyards and visit the magnificent abbey church — both free to enter — while your guide brings the abbey's 900-year story to life. Tickets to the interior state rooms and library are not included, but can be arranged on request.

    We admire the stunning Baroque architecture and visit the church, which shines with gold and light.

    Rather than rushing through museums, we take time to absorb the grandeur of the courtyards and the panoramic views, reflecting on the beauty of the day.

  6. Vienna
