Despre activitate
This is a 6 wines & 6 paired dishes lunch experience set in a premium, highly acclaimed winery restaurant — designed for travelers who appreciate depth, quality, and authentic island flavors.
In an elegant setting surrounded by lush greenery and vineyard views, you will enjoy 6 premium volcanic wines, each thoughtfully matched with 6 creative Santorinian dishes crafted to highlight the character of the wine. This is a fully seated, curated lunch experience — not a tasting at the bar, but a refined gastronomic journey.
The cuisine celebrates Santorini’s original flavors, elevated with a modern touch. Many of the vegetables and herbs are sourced directly from the winery’s own garden, ensuring freshness, seasonality, and a true connection to the land. Each pairing is designed to balance texture, acidity, minerality, and aroma — showcasing how the island’s volcanic terroir influences both the wine and the food.
