Despre activitate
Experience the creative spirit of Greenwich Village, one of New York City’s most beautiful and storied neighborhoods, on this engaging 2-hour small-group walking tour. Known for its winding streets and vibrant artistic past, the Village has long been a haven for writers, musicians, activists, and free thinkers.
As you explore the neighborhood, you’ll visit places where artists, poets, and radicals once lived, performed, and challenged the status quo. Along the way, your guide will reveal how the Village became a center of the 1960s counterculture movement and a gathering place for creative expression and social change.
Stroll through the charming streets surrounding Washington Square Park, hearing stories that bring more than two centuries of Village history to life.
Blending culture, history, and iconic New York scenery, this tour offers a fascinating look at the neighborhood that helped shape the city’s artistic and rebellious soul.
