We will meet at Courthouse Vista parking and hike, depending on ability, until we arrive at a special location with amazing views. Adapting to your group's level, Melina will help each of you to understand and experience subtle energy and extrasensory perception. You will begin with breathwork and guided meditation, and then you will experience Reiki energy healing and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls. Reiki is a healing modality with powerful techniques that promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit and help facilitate stress reduction and relaxation. It is a simple yet profound method of aligning an individual with his or her Life Energy to promote relaxation, healing, holistic well-being, and spiritual growth. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
