Our staff has been and follows a strict customer service training for the satisfaction of our customers. At the moment of receiving the traveler(s), we will offer them refreshing drinks and a very professional treatment. In addition to the transportation service, we provide extensive information and guides so that the traveler can obtain the best experience during their stay in Costa Rica.
Travelers will receive assistance with their luggage during reception and transfer to their respective hotels or villas. Also, we offer information in English and Spanish.
