From the forest floor, marvel upwards at the many mature native trees and see the famous Five Sisters – a cluster of five large pūriri trees that sprouted from the fallen trunk of an ancient giant 500 years ago!

Follow a short track to reach a treetop bridge, 18 metres up, which allows a birds-eye view of the canopy below. Listen to the birdsong, and learn about the history of kauri logging in New Zealand.
