- The tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (we encourage our guests to bring hats and gloves to keep warm during colder months)
- The Segway is not suitable for people weighing over 280lbs/130kg or under 90lbs/40kg
- Children must weigh at least 40 kg and be at least 10 years of age. Parents/guardians must sign liability and waiver forms for any participants under the age of 18 years.
- Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride and forfeit their right to do the tour
- For the safety of the mother and baby, it is not allowed for pregnant women to participate.
- You will need to sign waiver and damage Deposit before tour departure (children under the age of 18 must have an adult to sign for them)
