  • You have booked a private helicopter tour with 30-minutes of flight time over Miami. Please note that the full experience, including safety briefing, boarding, and disembarking, takes approximately 40 minutes.
  • Please arrive at Magic Air Tours 30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in, waiver signing, photo ID verification, and to present the credit or debit card used for payment.
  • All flights depart on time. Miami traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals will result in a missed tour with no refunds.
  • An airport fee of $19 per passenger is due at check-in, payable directly to Magic Air Tours.
  • Gratuities for the pilot are not included but are always appreciated.

  • This experience requires good weather. If the pilot decides to cancel it due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

  • Must show a valid photo ID ( Passport or Drivers License).

  • This is a private helicopter tour. Only your group will participate.

  • Not allowed : Smoking, drugs, intoxication of vaping.

  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers with more than 34 weeks pregnancy.
