  1. Petra - Wadi Musa

    You will leave the hotel early in the morning to drive south to the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, from the back end visit of Petra, a city 245 kilometers from the capital city of Amman, carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade silk and spice routes of ancient Arabia.

  2. The Royal Tombs

    First, you will walk thru the back end from Little Petra (Beida) – Siq Albarid to the farming village going up the mountains for an exceptional breath-taking view of the Monastery, then descend to the Byzantine Church and Qasr el Bint. Proceed to walk thru Wadi Farasa to see the Lion Fountain, Garden Triclinium, and the Roman Soldiers Tomb. You will enjoy the different stone colors and caves. Witness other monuments such as the 3,000-seater Theater and the Royal Tombs.

  3. The Treasury

    Return to the Treasury “El - Khazneh”, which is the main monument of Petra. Admire this rose-pink masterpiece, originally built to house priceless treasures and capture it on camera.

  4. Siq

    This tour ends by returning thru the “siq”, a narrow path of 1.2 kilometers then to the main entrance of the visitor’s center. As you explore, listen as your guide describes how the Nabateans sculpted the buildings, and learn how they mastered the harsh desert conditions to make their lives here. Enjoy free time to visit The Petra Museum; if there is time, then rejoin your vehicle and driver. Journey back to Amman, where your day trip ends with a hotel drop off. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a sunhat for this unforgettable adventure.
