Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive of about one hour to Qingyan Ancient Town, a historic gem with over 600 years of history. The town is well-known for its beautifully preserved stone architecture, charming streets, and a fascinating mix of shops, eateries, temples, and churches. Upon arrival, take a break and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where you can sample regional specialties such as braised pig’s trotters, spicy chicken, and Qingyan-style tofu, along with other delicious dishes.

In the afternoon, continue exploring the ancient town at a relaxed pace. You will visit a variety of cultural and historical sites, including Taoist temples, Buddhist temples, Christian churches, and the former residence of a top imperial scholar from the 1880s. If you feel like it, you can also walk along the ancient city wall, which stretches for about 3 kilometers and offers great views of the surroundings.
