We live with local people and you can take a nice memory of the area, where you will take beautiful experiences , remember that the activity requires a stable physical condition since the walk of the day one is approximately 5 to 6 hours depending on the capacity of the clients, First Layer (Breathable): Quick-drying T-shirts (dry-fit), leggings or long lycras (compression type), thermal underwear for the night.
Second Layer (Coat) : Sweatshirt, lightweight sweater, a wool or fleece jacket to keep warm.
Third Layer (Protection): High quality windbreaker, waterproof and hooded, indispensable for variable weather and the summit.
Shoes and Accessories: Waterproof mountain boots thick socks (wool/thermal), cold cap, gloves, scarf/cover (buff), sunglasses and sun visor
