Prior to returning to the busy streets of Saigon, we will make a stop at a rubber plantation to learn about the history of rubber tree cultivation in Vietnam. Your tour guide will provide insights into the local people’s daily work on the plantation, including their rubber tapping, collection, and production techniques. Vietnam is the third-biggest producer of natural rubber in the world, and this stop allows you the emblematic experience of witnessing the removal of latex from inside a rubber tree.
