We invite you to step inside our unique boutique project and discover what lies “Beyond the Ashes”—a visit that takes you to the very soul of our winery. This experience goes far beyond a conventional tour; it is a journey through time in an exclusive setting, offering a deep insight into our philosophy and volcanic identity.
Each corner of the winery has a story to tell. Guided by a tasting of four signature wines, you will uncover, in every note and nuance, the history, dedication, and volcanic character of the land and the people who cultivate it.
The wine tasting is accompanied by a light snack pairing served with each wine.
“Beyond the Ashes” is a tribute to our roots and a nod to the iconic 1999 “Cenizas de Timanfaya” wine, which marked a milestone in the Canary Islands—just as the volcanic ashes that shaped the soils continue to define the character of our wines today.

Learn how the dramatic Timanfaya eruptions created this unique landscape and provided the foundation for our vineyards.
Follow your guide through the intimate spaces of our winery. You will learn about the extreme viticulture of the Canary Islands, discovering how our vines thrive in the volcanic ash and how we balance tradition with innovation to extract the true strength of the soil.
Conclude your visit in our beautiful tasting area. Guided by our wine expert, you will enjoy a sensory tasting of 4 signature wines. In every glass, you will uncover the aromas, textures, and nuances of the volcanic terroir.
To enhance the flavor profile of each vintage, your wine flight will be accompanied by a curated selection of light sweet and savory bites, perfectly designed to balance the unique minerality of the wines
