After an early transfer from Victoria Falls, begin with a morning game drive in an open safari vehicle searching for elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes and other wildlife.

   Later, enjoy lunch at a riverside lodge before continuing your adventure with a relaxing afternoon boat safari on the Chobe River, offering incredible close-up views of elephants, hippos and crocodiles along the riverbanks.

   Spend a full day exploring the vast wilderness of Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe’s largest national park and one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. The park is renowned for its huge elephant population, diverse habitats, and excellent predator sightings.

   Your day begins with an early morning game drive departing from Hwange Safari Lodge. Early morning is one of the best times for wildlife viewing, as predators are still active and animals gather around waterholes.

   Possible wildlife sightings include:

   Around midday, enjoy lunch at the lodge, or overlooking a busy waterhole where wildlife can often be seen coming to drink.

   In the afternoon, head out again for another game drive through different sections of the park.

   Return to the lodge in the early evening with time to relax and enjoy the peaceful bush surroundings.
