There, a local family will invite you into their home to cook: Pepián – Guatemala’s signature stew. Handmade tortillas and rice as side dishes. Traditional mole – a sweet-and-savory dessert you will prepare yourself. Finally, sit down with your hosts to enjoy the dishes you created, share stories, and take memorable photos.
