Despre activitate
Begin with a vineyard tour, wine glass in hand, as Olivier introduces you to the art and science of winemaking. Then, head to the barrel room for two exclusive barrel tastings paired with a curated charcuterie board as you learn about wine aging. The experience wraps up the wine laboratory, where you’ll examine the microorganisms that play a key role in crafting the wines you love.
