Discover Barcelona at the hands of a local friend at your own pace doing exactly what you want to do!

In this completely personalized tour, we will communicate beforehand to discuss your needs and interests to create a customized itinerary which will be a mash-up of your Barcelona bucket list and the top sights and suggestions. The details on this page are just suggestions!

When we meet, I'll be like a local friend, showing you around my city and telling you stories and anecdotes about the city, history, culture, and my local experience. Keep in mind that this is a private experience just for you and your travel party, so we'll go at your pace and anything that comes up during the day we can adjust or modify. Please message for inquiries and concerns!

My objective is to be the bridge to help you understand the local life and identity of Barcelona so that you can also see the magical feeling that attracts so many people to this beautiful city. Just follow me!

Itinerar

  1. Basilica de la Sagrada Familia

    30 min Intrarea nu este inclusă

    The famous work in progress from Antoni Gaudi and one of Barcelona's iconic landmarks. We will discuss it from the outside and if you have booked at ticket in advance (as we will discuss well in advance of your trip) then you can go inside for a visit (visits are approx. 1-3 hours).

  2. Gothic Quarter

    2 ore

    Take a journey through Barcelona's multiple layers of history learning about the Roman and medieval histories, cultural legends and traditions, and see how it fits in with the modern elements of present day. Depending on our determined itinerary, we can breeze through a few of the main sites in the Gothic quarter, or we can do an exclusive tour seeing all of the main points. Duration can range from 45 minutes to 3 hours.

    All points are without entry fee.

  3. Catedral de Barcelona

    10 min

    This is part of the Gothic quarter. We will definitely stop in front of it, don't you worry! We will not go inside during the tour.

  4. Las Ramblas

    10 min

    This is also part of the Gothic quarter. Just marking so that you know we will be seeing and discussing it ;-)

  5. Port Vell Barcelone

    15 min

    Port of Barcelona. We can have a beautiful stroll along Barcelona's port which is one the most important elements of Barcelona's many "cities"

  6. Parc de la Ciutadella

    30 min

    The famous park in the center of Barcelona. We can have a stroll through the park and visit some of its famous landmarks inside such as the fountain, mamouth, and the Parlament. Learn about the origins of the park and its place in Barcelona's history.

  7. Arco di Trionfo

    10 min

    Barcelona has its own Arc de Triumph. Learn about why it was constructed and what it stands for.

  8. Placa d'Espanya

    20 min

    See the famous plaza with many beautiful landmarks surrounding it. You will learn about the history of the various points and depending on the itinerary we will go to visit some of them up close.

  9. Parc de Montjuic

    2 ore

    Jump into nature without leaving the city! The famous hill at the side of the city hosts various famous landmarks such as the Castle of Montjuic, the Olympic stadium, and the Palace as well as many hidden gems. We can arrange an itinerary to view the top important spots or to explore it in further detail. Due to the distance from the rest of things, Montjuic usually takes up a bit of time from the day, so the "duration" could range from 1 hour to 4 hours if you want to walk around by foot to various points.

  • Meeting at the white mosaic bench on the street corner.

  • Meeting inside the shopping center on the main floor from the entrance at the center of the circle. If the center is occupied (by any event or activity) we meet just at one of the railings facing inwards in front of the Sunglass Hut.

  • Meeting outside of the metro station Drassanes (Green, L3) right on the Ramblas exit facing the Columbus statue.

  • Meeting at the cafe for churros and chocolate. Here we can get started with a yummy bite of the famous Spanish breakfast/snack and get to know each other before the day begins. We can go over the details of the day and see if any modifications in the plan need to be made.

  • Honestly, the tour can end anywhere that you need it to end. This will be based on the itinerary that we set together.
