Arrive early to ensure you're at the correct location. We pick up on the Hyde Street side of the Argonaut Hotel in the White Zone passenger loading area.

Please do not wait in front of the hotel entrance on Jefferson Street.

Important: We no longer meet at Umbrella Alley on Beach Street.

Storage: We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Tuk Tuk, but storage is available on site.

Cancellation Policy: Private tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No-shows are charged in full.
