Instead of a modern industrial winemate, the experience focuses on the craft and historical process that precedes the placement of grapes in clay pots. Tailor-made and carried out during the harvest season in Villa de Frades, this activity offers a practical immersion in the culture and ancestral knowledge of the Honrado family. Participants experience the genuine work of the field and the cellar, joining the living tradition and the essence of the Alentejo.

Let yourself be carried away by the silence of the countryside, which is only interrupted by the sound of laughter and conversations among the participants, as they learn about the secrets of grape cultivation and production directly from the local workers' team.
