Despre activitate
Want to see Bangkok in a whole new light? Explore Wireless Road with local historian Paul Jorgensen. Starting and ending at the BTS Phloen Chit station, walk amid grand vistas, embassies and majestic trees of Bangkok’s most green neighborhood. Paul will put the sights that you pass into context of how Bangkok developed, what spirit houses say about Thai beliefs and why food and color matter to Thais. You’ll learn amazing stories behind seemingly ordinary things on Wireless Road: groups of motorcycle taxis, convenience stores, Hindu gods, the Thai flag, the number nine, and many more. Hundreds of people have loved the live version of this tour and now you can experience it with freedom of an GPS audio guide! Since the audio plays automatically at exactly the right time and place as you walk, you can start the tour in the VoiceMap app (which works offline), put your phone in your pocket and your earphones on, and walk at your own pace with Paul on Wireless Road.
